As Milan Fashion Week comes to an end, we bring you some of the best designers from the show.

Cavalli‘s collection was infused with prints and mixed fabrics.  Be it on maxi dresses, which seemed to be the theme of Cavalli’s Fall 2012 collection, or a mini-dress featured leather bodice reminiscent of armor.

DSQUARED2‘s Dean and Dan Caten were all GREESE-d up for their Fall 2012 collection with models walking down the ramp in high school clothes to 60s rock music.

Mr. Dolce and Mr. Gabbana brought in lots of black, lace and GOLD! Gold was bigger than ever in their collection continuing to florals, which we have seen in the fast weeks at New York and London.

Marni‘s Consuelo Castiglioni designed the line around lots of geometrical shapes with pops of Red all around.  Although, we saw some pastel color blocking here and there, black, beige and white were the staples of Marni with a nice touch of Red.

Missoni‘s Angela Missoni is continuing to surprise the consumer with her ever growing designs.  No longer just a bold and bulky print type of brand, Missoni does urban nymph!  Missoni showcased lots of dresses this season with a taut wrap around the neck and shoulders.  Her designs moved through the 70s era with more earthiness and urban feel to the Missoni woman.

Salvatore Ferragamo‘s Massimiliano Giornetti brought together the romance between military and lace in his Fall 2012 collection at Milan.  The romantic fusion between the soft plums and the ever so strong military garb is intoxicating in Giornetti’s creations.

Versus‘ Christopher Kane and Donatella Versace gave it all to their Girl with the Dragon Tattoo inspired pieces.  Bold and beautiful colors with lots of print all in a gothic vibe.
